Did Jesus really die for me

John 10:14
I am the good shepherd. I know my own and my own know me
1 Peter 2:24; 3:18
 Isaiah 12:1John 3:18Romans 8:1,33&34
SUBSTITUTION?????

Isaiah 53:5
But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed.

Colossians 2:14
having canceled the charge of our legal indebtedness, which stood against us and condemned us; he has taken it away, nailing it to the cross.

1 Timothy 1:12-17
I am grateful to Christ Jesus our Lord, who has strengthened me, because he judged me faithful and appointed me to his service, even though I was formerly a blasphemer, a persecutor, and a man of violence. But I received mercy because I had acted ignorantly in unbelief, and the grace of our Lord overflowed for me with the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus.
The saying is sure and worthy of full acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners - of whom I am the foremost. But for that very reason I received mercy, so that in me, as the foremost, Jesus Christ might display the utmost patience, making me an example to those who would come to believe in him for eternal life. To the King of the ages, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen.

Romans 5:8
But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

Galatians 2:20
"I have been crucified with Christ and it is no longer I who live but Christ lives in me and the like which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved ME and gave Himself up for ME."

Käi Vaimus

Gal 5:16
But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not carry out the desire of the flesh. 17For the flesh sets its desire against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; for these are in opposition to one another, so that you may not do the things that you please.…

walking by the Spirit" is not something we do in order to get the Spirit's help, but rather, just as the phrase implies, it is something we do by the enablement of the Spirit.

he Holy Spirit produces in us desires for God's way that are stronger than our fleshly desires, and thus he causes us to walk in God's statutes.

The Spirit leads us by creating desires to obey God, and we walk by fulfilling those desires in action.

A new heart I will give you and a new spirit I will put within you . . . I will put my Spirit within you and cause you to walk in my statutes.

The "fruit of the Spirit" is what appears in your life when you "walk by the Spirit." Therefore what we have in these verses are three images of the Spirit's work in our life: "walking by the Spirit" in verse 16, "being led by the Spirit" in verse 18, and bearing "the fruit of the Spirit" in verse 22.

Romans 8:1-4
in order that the righteous requirement of the law might be fully met in us, who do not live according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.
Romans 13:14
Rather, clothe yourselves with the Lord Jesus Christ, and do not think about how to gratify the desires of the flesh.
Galatians 5:24
Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.
Galatians 5:25
Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit.
Ephesians 2:2,3
All of us also lived among them at one time, gratifying the cravings of our flesh and following its desires and thoughts. Like the rest, we were by nature deserving of wrath.

Kristuse tundmise kõike ületav väärtus

Otsingul. Arvasin, et printsi otsingul. Aga mu printsil polnud konkreetset nägu ega tegu. Otsisn hoopis printsiga koosolemise tunnet. Jagamise, üheks olemise, läheduse ja mõistmise tunnet. Läägelt filmilik.
Aga võibolla polegi? Äkki on see iha minusse disainitud.

Phil 3:7-11
But whatever were gains to me I now consider loss for the sake of Christ. 8What is more, I consider everything a loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ (Kristuse tundmise kõike ületav väärtus) Jesus my Lord, for whose sake I have lost all things. I consider them garbage, that I may gain Christ 9and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ—the righteousness that comes from God on the basis of faith. 10I want to know Christ—yes, to know the power of his resurrection and participation in his sufferings, becoming like him in his death, 11and so, somehow, attaining to the resurrection from the dead.
Cognate: gnṓsis – functional ("working") knowledge gleaned from first-hand (personal) experience, connecting theory to application; "application-knowledge," gained in (by) a direct relationship.

Sõna gnṓsis, mida Paulus korduvalt oma suhet Jeesusega kirjeldades kasutab räägib mitte ainult kohvilaua suhtest sõbraga, vaid koos viibitud ajast, koos tehtud tööst ja koos kõnnitud teekonnast. Läbi käidud kogemusest, kus sõpra tõeliselt, tõeliselt tundma õpid. Kus teooriast saab praktika.

Kõik alljärgnevad kirjakohad tulid välja kui panin otsingusse "Knowlwdge of god" ja kõigis neis kirjakohtades on kasutusel sõna gnṓsis mingis vormis.

2 Pe 1:2-9

2Grace and peace be yours in abundance through the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord. 3His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness. 4Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature, having escaped the corruption in the world caused by evil desires.
5For this very reason, make every effort to add to your faith goodness; and to goodness, knowledge; 6and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness; 7and to godliness, mutual affection; and to mutual affection, love. 8For if you possess these qualities in increasing measure, they will keep you from being ineffective and unproductive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9But whoever does not have them is nearsighted and blind, forgetting that they have been cleansed from their past sins.
Jn 17:3
Now this is eternal life: that they know you (ginóskó - come to know), the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.
Eph 4:13
until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.
2 Cor 10:5
For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh, 4for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but divinely powerful for the destruction of fortresses5We are destroying speculations and every lofty thing (kõrkus) raised up against the knowledge of God, and we are taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ, 6and we are ready to punish all disobedience, whenever your obedience is complete.
2 Cor 4:6
For God, who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of God’s glory displayed in the face of Christ.
Col 1:9-13
9For this reason, since the day we heard about you, we have not stopped praying for you. We continually ask God to fill you with the knowledge of his will through all the wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives,e 10so that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God11being strengthened with all power according to his glorious might so that you may have great endurance and patience, 12and giving joyful thanks to the Father, who has qualified youf to share in the inheritance of his holy people in the kingdom of light. 13For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves, 14in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.
Ep 1:17-19
I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spiritf of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better18I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people, 19and his incomparably great power for us who believe.
